I have said before that I am an occasional blogger and the fact that I last made a post a year ago proves my point. 8)
2021 has been a good year for me. I have made improvements to my life and my practice, which have begun to bare fruit.
In July, I began a journey which hopefully will lead to me completing a project that has been sporadically going on for a decade. I am studying one tarot card each week in depth with the goal of creating my own cards. After 4 months, we now have 17 cards in the tin! I am attempting to embrace symbolism from the Golden Dawn traditions while removing some patriarchal ideas and capturing moments from my own life that bring to mind the meaning of the cards.

As you will notice, I have updated my branding. The Rose Cross design is something I have been working with personally since I began my tarot journey in 2006. Earlier this year as I was working on a card back design, I decided to incorporate the key….a symbol often associated with the tarot.
The new year is going to be a busy one as I undertake a few esoteric courses of study, continue the mock up of my Good Journeys Tarot deck and hopefully share more with you here…on my blog!
